Will Call of Duty: Ghosts' be just another Call of Duty title
I don't know if you have noticed but we have gotten a new Call of Duty every single year since back in 2003 when the first Call of Duty was released, so will this one be worth the hassle this time around?...
Now don't get me wrong, I have thoroughly enjoyed the Call of Duty series. Call of Duty has come a long way and it brings a very solid FPS. At the same time, lately it feels like they are just pushing out new titles because they can. It has felt like they are more about filling the gap and hogging the spotlight than they are about bringing new content that makes dishing out the $60 worth it. So will this new title be the same way?
Call of Duty: Ghosts' is actually bringing some worthwhile changes that I believe will help it in many ways. The fact that it will be releasing on next-gen consoles will also help it greatly. So this is the part where I ramble about some of the features Call of Duty: Ghosts will be bringing us.
I broke a nail:
I would like to devote this section to all the ladies out there. That's right, for the first time ever you can actually play as a female character in multiplayer modes. Call of Duty: Ghosts' will be giving us over 20,000 customization options for our character which includes: selecting your body type, race, gender, gear, clothing, and all that fun stuff.
Say hello to my little friend:
This title actually brings 20 brand new "killstreak" awards, and one of them gives you the chance to use a guard dog. This little friend of yours can protect you by scouting out the field, growling at close by enemies, and even taking out enemies if they decide they want to get too close.
There is nothing more magically delicious than interactive maps, well unless you happen to be a bowl of lucky charms. Everything isn't as it seems when it comes to the mutliplayer maps. There are several little interactive things throughout the map that can really help you out if you use them to your advantage.
This is a hold up:
What would a Call of Duty game be without brand new guns? Well you can expect to find 30 brand new weapons in Call of Duty: Ghosts'. Nothing too special here but I figured you would want to know.
Everybody getting crunk:
Did I say crunk? I meant to say cranked. Cranked happens to be the name of one of the seven brand new multiplayer modes that will be included in this game. I wanted to specifically talk about "cranked" because of the fact that it sounds so interesting. In this game mode your goal is to kill people (Duhh). The difference is that when you get a kill, your reload speed and movement speed will be increased. It's like drinking an energy drink after every kill, but you must keep getting kills within 30 seconds if you want to stay alive.
So what do you think about the brand new Call of Duty? Will you be picking it up when it gets released? Let me know your opinions on all these features.
